People at Energy Healing Workshops

Glenys gives regular workshops and talks on Energy Medicine. Topics include how to overcome stress and anxiety, and how to improve sleep and regain your energy. These events include very practical tools and techniques that will help you in your everyday life.

 

An exciting series of three workshops were run in 2024 and they are being offered again in 2025, this time online via Zoom. You can book to attend all three workshops at a discounted price here, or book them individually, below.

Stress-Anxiety
From Stress and Anxiety to Ease and Calm
Workshop to release stress & anxiety and find calm and balance

This workshop is for you if you, or someone you love, is suffering from ongoing stress or anxiety. Learn powerfully effective techniques that you can practise at home to alleviate stress and anxiety.

In this workshop you will explore how using practices that are non-invasive, easy-to-learn and powerfully effective can align the body's natural energies to ensure they are in balance and harmony.  

You will also learn how stress and anxiety, by interrupting the flow and  balance of these energies, can cause many adverse physical symptoms associated with stress, and that realigning these energies then resolves issues in the physical body, as well as giving greater emotional balance, ease and calm.

Workshop to overcome chronic tiredness & insomnia with Energy Medicine techniques

This  workshop is for you if you are struggling with tiredness, fatigue,  insomnia, lack of energy, or you just want more vitality.

Intuition-Joy

Glenys gives you techniques that empower you to lift and energise or calm and relax yourself according to need.

 

Best of all these are natural and simple (and free!), so easy to incorporate into your day, and don't take a whole lot of time.

Meditation

This 7-week course will introduce you to the theory and practice of meditation. Each week a  different style of meditation will be presented. You will then have the opportunity to practise that style for the week.

The Meditation for Beginners course is designed for beginners to meditation, but is also suitable for anyone who wants a refresher or would like to extend their practice.

 

Meditation has now been extensively researched and we know it offers a wide range of benefits, including:

 

  • stress/anxiety reduction and relief

  • better sleep

  • lower heart rate

  • mental clarity and improved concentration

  • improved memory

  • emotional resilience and wellbeing
