LIVING TRUTH CHAKRA ESSENCE SET
Presenting a beautiful new range of seven Nature essences for each of the major chakras of the subtle energy body. These are part of a new essence range: the Living Truth Essences.
Chakras are subtle energy centres located along the spine. They exert a powerful influence on our development and evolutionary growth as humans. They are the interface between our soul, our etheric or energy body, and our physical body.
Each chakra brings life force energy (chi or prana) into the body to sustain and feed the organs and tissues near that chakra. Our physical and psychological health depends, to a great extent, on the chakras' wellbeing.
The Living Truth range of Chakra essences are designed to enhance the health and wellbeing of the body by balancing and aligning the seven major chakras: Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.
These seven chakra essences were all created at the beautiful Te Moata Retreat Centre and Nature Sanctuary on New Zealand's Coromandel peninsula. They carry the high-vibration, sacred frequency of the land there.
All Chakra Essences are supplied in a mixture of brandy and pure water in a 25-ml dropper bottle.
Base Chakra - Kauri
The Base Chakra grounds us in the physical world and connects us to the Earth. It governs our need for security, wanting the necessities of life, and our sense of belonging to a family or tribe. It is where we gain our trust in life and, in turn, are nourished.

Sacral Chakra - Pongas by Lavender Circle
The Sacral Chakra is where we learn to express our emotions, find our sexual expression, discover our needs and desires, and experience pleasure. It is the source of our creativity, which can be expressed on every level of our being: sexual, artistic and intellectual.

Solar Plexus Chakra - Kawakawa
The Solar Plexus Chakra is where we develop our ego or sense of self. It governs themes of power: whether we can use our will appropriately to develop personal boundaries and become self-empowered, or instead try to dominate others through the misuse of power.

Heart Chakra - Tawhai by Goddess Pool
The Heart Chakra is where we experience and express love and compassion for all beings. We rise above the sole concerns of the ego to enter into relationships of all kinds, with the ability to balance giving and receiving.

Throat Chakra - Rimu in Rimu Circle
The Throat Chakra carries themes of sound, communication, and self-expression, and also our ability to communicate effectively. Here we are asked to be honest with ourselves, by speaking and living our Truth.

Third Eye Chakra - Kamahi at Puja Point
