ThetaHealing

What is it?

ThetaHealing is a mind-body, transformational healing therapy for lasting change that can shift limiting or disempowering beliefs, and clear blockages to health, wellbeing and abundance.

How does it work?

ThetaHealing is a meditation technique based on a spiritual philosophy. It is not a religious or spiritual practice, and you don’t need to adhere to any particular faith. The only requirement is for you to believe that change is possible.

It works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels to facilitate change and enhance wellbeing.

ThetaHealing utilises the theta brainwave state to transform the thoughts and beliefs that cause blockages in our body, mind or emotions, which then lead to dis-ease. Beliefs are agreements about reality that you accept and uphold without question. However, many of our beliefs were acquired early in life from others around us, and aren't compatible with who we are now.

Using this gentle and effective technique, deep subconscious core beliefs that no longer serve can be identified and cleared, and then replaced with new beliefs that better serve who you want to become.

Who does it help?

ThetaHealing can help if you are looking to change whatever is no longer serving you. You are asked to give permission for all changes. Through your intentions you participate in your healing and transformation.

Benefits of ThetaHealing include:

  • Releasing fears and resentments

  • Facilitating physical, emotional, mental or spiritual healing

  • Releasing blockages to abundance or moving forward in life

  • Clearing past trauma, including trauma from past generations

  • Balancing hormones

ThetaHealing can relieve or alleviate:

  • Chronic pain

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Poor concentration and/or memory

  • Sensitivity to electromagnetic devices, computers, mobile phones, etc.

  • Sensitivity to negative energies from other people or places

  • Fertility issues

ThetaHealing can also provide energetic support and healing when:

  • Undergoing major medical procedures, such as surgery or chemotherapy

  • Recovering from a major or chronic illness

What are the results & timeframes?

While beliefs can be transformed fast and effectively, we have all accumulated a multitude of disempowering beliefs over our lifetime.

Therefore, a typical treatment plan comprises 3 to 6 weekly sessions, and generally includes other therapies, as required. By the end of this time, you can expect to see real positive change. However, monthly “tune-ups” are a good option for ongoing care and maintenance of physical and emotional wellbeing.

More serious conditions may require longer treatment times, and this is decided with you on a case-by-case basis.
